– All disputes must be reported to visualKBase at least 7 days prior to initiating a chargeback request with your payment provider.
– Chargebacks without prior communication may result in a permanent ban from purchasing.
– visualKBase retains all transaction records and communication for evidence submission.

A. Digital Product License

When you purchase our wallpaper pack, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for internal organizational or personal use only.

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sub-license the wallpapers
Upload them to third-party platforms
Modify or alter them for resale

You may:

Use wallpapers on employee desktops, internal monitors, and presentations
Add your logo if desired (without altering design intent)

2. 💳 Payment & Delivery

All payments are processed securely through third-party gateways like Razorpay, or PayPal (subject to change without prior notice).
Once your payment is successful, you will receive instant access to your download link via email or your account dashboard.
Prices are listed in USA Dollar or INR and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. 📁 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We have provided free samples on the website to download and try. Your purchase confirms that your tried the free samples and taken an informed decision.

However, if you face issues with downloading, corrupt files, or payment errors, we’ll be happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase.
